Trichomonas gallinae isolates from pigeon and chicken were amplified by polymerase chain reaction using Fe hydrogenase gene characterized molecular tools to determine the geographical location sequences analyzed phylogenetically. The in present study 100% similar T. of Iran Austria. Random samples found positive for trichomoniasis culture throat swab live birds confirmed PCR. showed clear band at 290 bp.
